Could poverty be eliminated? How could this be done? Should it be up to private organizations to do it? Individuals? Governments? Is this desirable to have happen? If enough humans wanted this to happen, it could probably be done it seems. Personal responsibility is important. It is both important for individuals in poverty to do what they can to leave their state of poverty, but also it important for those who are well off to take personal responsibility to do what they can and are able to help lift others out of financial poverty. If everyone acts in cooperation, then perhaps it is a goal that could be achieved.
